Work with Me.
The work I offer is grounded in inner leadership — the capacity to live, lead, and choose from within, especially during times of transition.
I work with people who sense that the old ways no longer fit. People who are thoughtful, capable, and discerning, and who are looking for a steadier, more truthful way of living and working.
There is no single right way to begin. What follows are a few gentle pathways into this work, depending on where you are and what you need.
I offer one-to-one support for people navigating periods of change, stepping away from established roles, reshaping work that no longer feels aligned, or learning to live and lead from a steadier inner centre.
This work is:
Relational and unhurried.
Grounded in deep listening and reflection.
Attentive to both the inner life and practical realities.
We slow things down enough for clarity to emerge, for self-trust to return, and for decisions to be made with care rather than pressure.
How I work.
Our work together may include:
Reflective conversation and inquiry.
Mindfulness and contemplative practices (when helpful).
Making sense of patterns, systems, and identities shaping your life.
Support with decisions, boundaries, and next steps.
Space to think clearly, without urgency or expectation
This is not performance coaching or outcome optimisation.
It is companionship through transition.
1:1 Inner Leadership Support.
How I Work.
My approach is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply relational. I create a calm, steady space to think things through — particularly during seasons of uncertainty, transition, or quiet re-evaluation.
I don’t rush insight or push for answers. Instead, we slow things down enough for clarity to emerge, for self-trust to return, and for decisions to be made without pressure. While the pace is gentle, the work is purposeful — supporting meaningful movement forward that feels aligned, considered, and sustainable over time.
Coaching options & pricing.
I offer a small number of ways to work together, from a single, focused conversation to an ongoing partnership.
You’re welcome to begin wherever feels right for you.
Single Inner Leadership Session - 60 minutes | $550 AUD (inc GST)
A spacious, focused session for people seeking clarity around a specific question, decision, or moment of transition.
This session is well-suited if you’re:
Sitting with a decision and want clarity.
Feeling stuck or caught in a circular pattern of thinking.
Navigating a challenging moment at work or in life.
Curious about my style of coaching and want to experience the work first.
This is not a light or introductory conversation; it’s a complete, contained piece of work designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner authority, and orient yourself toward what feels true now.
Many clients choose this session as a first step before deciding whether they want ongoing support.
Ongoing 1:1 Support (3-month container) - Six sessions | $4,200 AUD (inc GST)
For those navigating deeper or ongoing transitions and wanting steady support over time.
This container allows space for insight to settle and integrate, while offering continuity, reflection, and thoughtful challenge as clarity emerges.
Ongoing containers are priced to reflect continuity of support, integration between sessions, and the depth that comes from working together over time, not just the session hours themselves.
Payment plans are available for the 3-month container.
Practical details.
All sessions are held via Zoom.
This work is confidential, spacious, and grounded in contemplative practice and calm self-leadership.
A note on fit.
This work tends to suit people who:
Value reflection as much as action.
Are willing to slow down rather than push through.
Are open to inner work alongside practical change.
Want support that’s thoughtful, calm, and honest.
If you’re looking for fast answers, frameworks, or accountability pressure, this may not be the right fit, and that’s okay.
The Circle - Community Practice.
Alongside one-to-one work, I host small online community spaces for shared reflection and practice.
These circles offer:
Mindfulness and contemplative practice.
Thoughtful inquiry.
The experience of being witnessed and supported in community with others.
They are held in seasons rather than continuously, and details are shared through my blog posts and Substack.
Community practice is not a substitute for 1:1 work — it is a different way of engaging with the same inner leadership principles.
Current Offering: Inner Leadership Circle.
A 4-week online meditation and contemplation practice
This February, I’m hosting a small, steady circle for people seeking a quieter place to land — and a supportive rhythm of practice during a time of transition.
The Inner Leadership Circle is a four-week online meditation and contemplation group, beginning February 19.
Each weekly session offers:
Guided meditation and contemplative practice.
Gentle teaching to support inner leadership and steadiness.
Space for reflection and shared inquiry.
A calm, respectful group container.
This is not a course or a performance space. It’s a place to practice listening more closely to yourself and to what matters, in the company of others.
The circle is best suited to people who are:
Navigating change or uncertainty.
Feeling the limits of pace, pressure, or constant doing.
Seeking community without overwhelm.
Drawn to mindfulness as a lived, relational practice.
Writing & Reflection.
My writing lives through The Inner Self — a slow Sunday letter exploring inner leadership, transition, and living with steadiness in uncertain times.
For many people, this is the gentlest place to begin.
Next steps.
If you feel drawn to this work, you’re welcome to get in touch.
We can begin with a calm, no-pressure conversation to explore what you’re navigating and whether working together feels like the right support for you at this time.
TESTIMONIALS
“All of us have to learn to invent our lives, make them up, imagine them. We need to be taught these skills; we need guides to show us how. If we don’t, our lives are made up for us by other people.”
