The Circle - A 4 week Meditation & Contemplation Gathering

The Circle.

The Circle is a small, live evening gathering on Zoom — a place to slow down, come back to yourself, and practice reflection in thoughtful community.

Each session offers a simple contemplative question and a short teaching to support the practice. The intention is not instruction or performance, but shared presence and steady inquiry.

What to Expect.

Each week we’ll meet for two hours and move through a simple, held rhythm:

  • An arrival practice to settle the nervous system

  • A short, guided contemplation or teaching to frame the evening

  • A period of community conversation

  • One shared contemplation question

  • A gentle closing meditation

This is not a workshop or a training. There is no fixing or striving. Rather, it’s a space where gentle guidance supports your own reflection and inner listening.

The Circle is designed as a four-week shared practice, with each session building gently on the last. I encourage participants to honour the full commitment where possible, as the continuity of the group helps create a sense of safety, trust, and depth over time.

The Circle is held in community — through shared presence, listening, and gentle conversation. You’re never required to share, but being alongside others often brings a sense of resonance and belonging that deepens the practice.

❋ A space that's Gently Held

This is an unhurried space, held with care. Nothing is required of you beyond your presence. You’re invited to listen, reflect, and participate in ways that feel true and comfortable for you, knowing the circle is guided with attentiveness and respect.

❋ A Supportive Space

The Circle is held with a shared commitment to respect, confidentiality, and care. What is spoken in the circle stays within the circle, and each person’s experience is honoured without judgement or advice-giving. This is a space where safety is created collectively, through listening, kindness, and clear boundaries.

7 pm - 9 pm AEDT

Session length: 2 hours

Group size: Intentionally small (approximately 8–12 people)

Investment: $295 AUD (incl. GST)
