The Gathering Retreat has been created to support and nourish you on a deep, profound level. In a culture obsessed with striving, productivity and endlessly proving our worth, rest becomes an act of reclamation — a quiet refusal to participate in the cycle of depletion.

Rest
Rest is central to The Gathering.
You’ll be guided through gentle meditation, restorative yoga, contemplative practice and creative journaling.
You’ll also have spacious free time: to walk in nature, enjoy the infrared sauna, sit in the sun, read, swim in the freshwater pool, or do nothing at all.This retreat is designed to restore your nervous system and create a sense of inner steadiness that travels home with you.

Your meals will be lovingly prepared by one of our wholefoods chefs, based on Ayurvedic principles. All meals are abundant, delicious and very healthy! You will be completely nourished from the inside out with our incredible food.
