Mindfulness Meditation Program

The Mindfulness-Based stress reduction program is an invitation to befriend your body, mind & spirit by learning to pay attention to your life in a more kind, compassionate & loving way whilst reducing stress, anxiety & fatigue.

The Heroine’s Journey

A 4-month immersion

We find our way back to ourselves through the alchemy of inner work. This program is about challenging the narrative about what you’ve been told about who you are & who you ‘should’ be. This is an immersive program for women ready to awaken their inner Heroine and reshape the narrative of their lives. Create a life you deeply desire and deserve - this is the deep inner work that leads to a life of fulfilment, wonder & joy.
