Learn to meditate and come home to yourself.

An 8-week live online program to reduce stress, anxiety & fatigue. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program is an invitation to befriend your mind, body & heart by learning to pay attention to your life in a more kind, compassionate & loving way.

In this course, you will be taught a range of meditation practices to ground, nourish, and support you. You will learn to regulate your nervous system, discipline your anxious, distracted mind, and increase your capacity to meet the challenges of life more easily.

THE PROGRAM

  • Recognising the present moment - an introduction to Mindfulness

  • Investigating stress - how to approach the difficult

  • Responding to stress - practices to ground and support you

  • Exploring choices that promote wellbeing & self-care

  • Responding to stress - practices to ground and support you

  • The Day of Mindfulness retreat offers a day of meditation, contemplation practice & restorative yoga.

  • Interpersonal mindfulness - learn to be more flexible, accepting and compassionate of others.

  • Exploring choices that support wellbeing and self-care.

  • Mindfulness in Daily Life - bringing all that you’ve learnt into your daily life. Tools for ongoing practice.

  • Weekly 2.5 hour classes are held on Zoom so you can dial in from the comfort of your own home - choose either the Tuesday evening class or the Saturday afternoon class

  • Recording of all sessions

  • Comprehensive workbook including further reading, practices & meditation guides

  • Audio guides for all the meditations

  • Discussion & inquiry with the teacher & the group to gain a deeper understanding of one another

RECEIVE

  • Group Support

    We meet in small groups to learn, inquire and grow together. This is a brave, safe space for us to gather. You will have plenty of time to ask questions of your teacher, engage in discussions and explore your practice in a slow, gentle way that supports you.

  • Meditation Practices

    You will learn a range of meditation practices in this program and will be given the support you need to practice each day independently. You’ll also receive audio files for all the guided practices that will help you sustain your practice, especially in the early days when it all feels very new!

  • Go Deeper


    Once you’ve completed the program, you may wish to join our monthly meditation gatherings or one of our longer retreats. Claire also offers 1:1 mentoring, pranayama and restorative yoga classes.
