Join me for our annual Heroine’s Journey Retreat and experience a sense of deep rest, clarity and connection to yourself and others.
Dates for 2025 TBC
The Heroine’s Journey Retreat has been designed to support & nourish you on a deep & profound level.
We live and work in a culture obsessed with striving, competition, accumulating things, and a sense of never being ‘enough’.
We need to claim our right to rest in a broken system that is breaking us.
This retreat offers you the time and space to reconnect with yourself and spend time with other heart-centred people in a safe & supportive environment, free from the demands of your everyday life.
The retreat is a perfect companion to my signature 4-month program, The Heroine’s Journey, but you do not need to participate in the course to attend the retreat.
RECEIVE
-
Connection
This retreat will allow you to connect deeply with yourself & others in a safe & heart-centered environment. It is an investment in yourself that pays dividends beyond the retreat itself, offering you a more profound sense of connection and awareness so that you can better understand yourself & your place in the world.
-
Nourishment
This retreat will give you practical strategies to manage stress, tension & fatigue, reconnect with what gives you a sense of meaning and purpose, access your innate clarity & creativity, identify what's holding you back from living with presence and find joy in simplicity, without the distractions of everyday life.
-
Rest
We will spend time connecting with nature, allowing the land to restore our sense of well-being. Be led in gentle meditation & restorative yoga, creative journaling & contemplation practice. There will also be free time to go for a walk, enjoy the infrared sauna, read a book, sit in the sun or swim in the freshwater pool.

ACCOMODATION
We will be staying at the gorgeous Wybalena Farm in the hinterland of Byron Bay.
Located on 170 acres, Wybalena Farm is set amongst the serene and deeply healing landscape of Byron Bay. Completely private and a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, we will have this beautiful space all to ourselves.
We will meditate and practice restorative yoga, meet in circle to reflect & connect, gather around the fire pit, swim in the magnesium pool, walk through the forest and immerse ourselves in this powerful, healing landscape.
There are a range of accommodation options to suit your budget, and you can download the brochure to learn more.
Your meals will be lovingly prepared by Cade McConnell, a heart-centred Byron-based chef who cooks fresh, organic food based on Ayurvedic principles. All meals are abundant, delicious and very healthy! You will be completely nourished from the inside out with Cade's incredible food.
“The combination of yoga, reflection, meditation and personal time allowed me the time and space to truly rest. As someone who spends a lot of time cooking for the people in my life, having Cade lovingly prepare & nourish me with his gorgeous food was a gift I never knew I needed.” - Cara
